How do bollard covers install?

They slide over the existing steel or concrete post and trim to the height you need on site — no tools beyond a saw.

What's the difference between fluted and smooth?

Fluted covers have ribs that flex on impact and come in up to eight colors; smooth covers give a clean look in fewer colors.

Do they hold up outdoors?

Yes. The HDPE has UV inhibitors, is nonconductive and chemical resistant, and is rated for -30 °F to 130 °F.

Can a cover stand on its own?

Yes, 4 and 6 in. covers can stand on a black poly base that screws down for permanent setups; there's no base for 8 in.
